Honda outboard engines support NMEA 2000 data transmission, but it requires the correct cables and building a small network.<\/p>\n<h2>1. What Do You Need?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Honda compatible engine cable<\/li>\n<li>NMEA 2000 backbone cable<\/li>\n<li>T-connectors (2 pcs)<\/li>\n<li>Terminators (2 pcs)<\/li>\n<li>Power cable for the NMEA 2000 network<\/li>\n<li>Fish finder\/display<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Valmiit sarjat: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fimarin.fi\/honda-nmea-2000-kaapelisarja\">4 metrin sarja<\/a> tai <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fimarin.fi\/honda-nmea-2000-kaapelisarja-2m\">2 metrin sarja<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Building the NMEA 2000 Network<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Connect the power cable to the battery via the main switch (main switch off).<\/li>\n<li>Connect the T-connectors to both sides of the power cable.<\/li>\n<li>Connect the cable from the engine to one T-connector, and the cable going to the fish finder to the other.<\/li>\n<li>Attach terminators to both ends of the T-connector row.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.zyrosite.com\/cdn-cgi\/image\/format=auto,w=1024,h=622,fit=crop\/AE0P7n9DbGCRpXxK\/hondakuva-uDkK26RgfLuohHRq.png\" alt=\"Honda NMEA 2000 kytkent\u00e4kaavio\" \/><\/figure>\n<h2>3.
