Fimarin Online Store Terms of Use, Warranty and Return Policy

1. GeneralThis online store is operated by Fimarin, Business ID 3527754-4. We sell products to adults in Finland. We reserve the right to change terms and prices.2. OrderingOrders are placed by adding products to the cart and paying at checkout. The customer agrees to the terms in effect at the time of ordering.3. Prices and PaymentProduct prices do not include VAT. Fimarin is not VAT-registered. Payment is made through the payment methods offered in the store, handled by Stripe, Inc.4. DeliveryWe deliver orders in Finland generally within 2–7 business days. Delivery methods and costs are shown at checkout before payment.5. Right of Withdrawal and ReturnsThe consumer has the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the product. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. Notice of cancellation must be sent by email to sales@fimarin.fi. Return costs are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.6. Complaints and Defective ProductsIf the product is defective or does not match the order, please contact us by email as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receipt.7. 8.1. Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that appear under normal home use during the warranty period.8.2. Warranty ExclusionsThis warranty does not cover:

• Defects resulting from improper use, negligence, storage, or other use contrary to instructions

• Normal wear and tear, scratches, damage, or modification

• Damage caused by accident, dropping, moisture, or third parties

• Used or discounted products, unless otherwise stated

8.3. Warranty ClaimsWarranty claims must be submitted within 2 years of the date of purchase. The customer must provide:

• Description of the defect

• Photo of the product and the defect

• Purchase receipt or order confirmation

• Contact details

8.4. Repair, Replacement, or RefundBased on an approved warranty claim, we may at our discretion:

• Repair the product

• Replace it with an equivalent product

• Refund the purchase price of the product

Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period.

8.5. Applicable LawThis warranty does not limit your rights under consumer protection law. The warranty is based on Finnish legislation.9. Applicable Law and Dispute ResolutionFinnish law applies to these terms. Disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation. Consumers may also refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board.
